I’m very proud to be a part of a network of companies and individuals called Pimp My Cause all of whom are able to offer their skills and services pro bono to charities who need them.
So I was excited when I heard from Orangutan SOS who asked me to produce a video to help their cause using some spectacular photographs of Orangutans taken in the Sumatran jungle.
These beautiful animals are now an endangered species. Habitat loss and poaching are pushing them towards extinction. This is being precipitated by the demand for palm oil which is driving deforestation in Sumatra and elsewhere. And whether you knew it or cared or not we are all subsidising it through our fuel bills.
Watch this short video and if you want to secure a brighter future for orangutans and their forests get involved at www.stoptherocs.org.

Nice one – if you talk to Anna Mulleneux at Pimp, do send my regards!
